During our initial meeting, we determine what is important to you about money as well as what keeps you up at night. Outlining what is important to you as an investor is the key component to establishing an Adviser-Client relationship. From there, we discuss your personal and financial goals in more depth and gather the information necessary to evaluate your current situation prior to our next meeting.

As a fiduciary wealth manager, we understand that our process may not be the best solution for every investor. Because of this, we will not enter into a relationship unless we feel we can provide significant value to our clients. If that is not the case, we are willing to act as a sounding board to help you make the decisions that are best for you.

We present you with a formal investment plan, which forms the foundation for all our work together. It includes an analysis of your current situation, a description of your financial goals, and our recommendations for achieving those goals.

Both you and Napa Wealth Management will have follow-up responsibilities in order to implement the plan; defining these responsibilities and setting a timeline for completion is important in achieving your goals.

We are ready to make a mutual decision about whether our firm can add substantial value. Should we choose to work together, we commit to each other to work together toward achieving everything that is important to you.

We meet regularly to review which actions have been implemented and which remain outstanding. We address any concerns, organize all of your paperwork, and frame your short-term progress with a long-term perspective.

We believe in carefully tracking your progress and ours, speaking regularly to update any significant changes in your personal or financial situation that will impact your wealth management plan. We will monitor your overall progress in relation to your long-term goals, and we will begin the work of active, advanced planning to protect your assets, manage down your tax liability, and targeting sufficient diversification and liquidity to meet your short and long term goals.
