Lots of wealth management firms provide a broad brush of investment strategies and this list is ever changing. At NWM we wanted to provide a core portfolio, something sustainable and affordable that provided broad based exposure. Something we understood so well we could manage it ourselves. In fact we do manage it ourselves. We believe this gives us the best lens on the markets, and on your assets.
While each client portfolio may look different based on the objectives of each individual, our Core Model is designed to be diversified between not only asset classes, but styles as well. We target a 60/40 mix between active and passive strategies. The strategy is designed to be aggressive when market and asset class momentum is strong and conservative when markets have entered an extended downturn.
We strongly believe this portfolio mix allows our clients the best chance to obtain their targeted return goals with the ability to keep them from catastrophic losses. It is a mix of tactical investing, diversified buy-and-hold, and downside protection.
NWM Income Model
Concentrates on investing assets in essential business services that generate income. This model invests in established, well-managed companies that provide goods and services that are needed in good times or bad.
